Starter (free) plan
The Starter plan is Pigeonhole Live's free tier, designed for users who want to explore the platform's core engagement features.
It includes:
- The ability to create both Presentation and Event Pigeonholes
- Support for up to 100 participants
- Essential audience engagement features
Some advanced features and customisation options - such as Question filtering, Exporting insight reports, Custom themes - are not available on the Starter plan.
The Starter plan is suitable for:
- Individuals or small teams exploring Pigeonhole Live
- Small meetings and events
- Users who need basic audience engagement features
Presenter plan
The Presenter plan is designed for users who primarily use Presentation Pigeonholes and require more advanced presentation features.
It includes:
- The ability to create Presentation Pigeonholes
- Support for 250 - 1000 participants
- Additional engagement and management features such as:

- Professional presenters
- Internal team meetings
- Workshops and training sessions

Standard plan
The Standard plan allows the creation of both Presentation and Event Pigeonholes, along with a more comprehensive set of features.

- Event management capabilities such as Registration and Website embed

What subscription frequencies are available?
Pigeonhole Live subscriptions are available on either a monthly or annual billing cycle.
- Monthly subscriptions are suitable for one-off events or presentations, short-term projects, or occasional use.
- Annual subscriptions are suitable for organisations that run events, meetings, or engagement activities regularly throughout the year.
Can I invite members to a Workspace?
Yes. Starter, Presenter, and Standard plans support up to 25 Workspace members.
If you require more than 25 Workspace members, contact our team to learn about Enterprise plan options.
Are there any alternative pricing or sponsorships?
Eligible non-profit organisations may qualify for discounted pricing on Pigeonhole Live plans.
