Learn how the different parts of Pigeonhole Live fit together to power your events and presentations. The platform consists of three main components: Workspaces (where you build and manage Pigeonholes), Panels (where your team runs and moderates talks), and the Audience Web App (where your attendees participate).
Workspaces
When you sign up for Pigeonhole Live, you will work in a Workspace—a control centre where you build, organize, and manage your Pigeonholes.
A Pigeonhole consists of one or more interactivities. New users start with a Sample Pigeonhole. Within any Workspace, you can customise your Pigeonhole agenda, manage interactive content, view insights, and handle billing or support.

Depending on your plan or team invitations, you can have and switch between multiple workspaces to separate different business units, clients, or projects, and move seamlessly between personal and shared team environments.
Panels
Panels are dedicated web interfaces that allow you and your organising team to manage and display audience responses throughout your event. Each panel runs on any modern web browser and is accessed through a unique, private URL available on the Run page of your Workspace. You can share these links directly with your team without revealing your account login or password.
