What is archiving a Pigeonhole?
Archiving a Pigeonhole moves it from the Workspace > Pigeonholes list to the Archive section. This is useful when your Pigeonholes list is accumulating too many Ended and Expired Pigeonholes and you wish to streamline and organise your main Pigeonholes list.
How to archive a Pigeonhole
- To archive a Pigeonhole, click on the More Settings button on an Ended or Expired Pigeonhole in your Pigeonholes list.
- Then click on Archive Pigeonhole
- The Pigeonhole will be moved to the Archive section in your workspace
Note: You may only Archive Ended or Expired Pigeonholes. For Ended Pigeonholes, you can only archive them when the End Date of the Pigeonhole is before your current date.
How long do Pigeonholes remain in the Archive for?
Pigeonholes in Archive are subject to Data Retention and Deletion policies. This means that they will be moved automatically to the Trash and be on the way to permanent deletion after some time in the Expired state. Learn more about our Data Deletion policy.
