When to Apply a Promo Code?

If you have a Promo Code, you can apply it during the purchase process to get a discount. Promo Codes can be used when purchasing a new Pigeonhole, an annual subscription, or upgrading a Pigeonhole (and purchasing Add-ons).

How to Apply a Promo Code?

Purchase of new Pigeonholes or annual subscriptions

To apply a Promo Code during the purchase of a new Pigeonhole or an annual subscription, after you select your annual plan type, click Add promo code?, and enter the code into the input box in the order summary at the bottom of the page and click Apply. 

If you wish to remove the discount, click on the cross icon next to promo code that you've entered.

Purchase of Upgrades and Add-ons

To apply a Promo Code during the purchase of Upgrades and Add-ons, enter the code into the input box under your order summary on the right-hand side of the page and click Apply.

If you wish to remove the discount, click on the cross icon next to the discount description.

Note: You can only apply Promo Codes to accounts without any existing discounts.
