1. What should I do if the email address used to log in to Pigeonhole Live doesn’t match the email address used to log in to my Zoom account?
In order to connect your Pigeonhole Live account to your Zoom account, you are required to use the same email address for both account logins. If your Pigeonhole Live account uses a different email, please contact us via a support request and we will be in touch with you.
2. What should I do if my workspace contract is not valid or has expired?
If the annual plan associated with your workspace has expired, you can easily renew it on your Workspace. Learn more.
If your workspace has a custom plan that has been fully redeemed, please contact your account manager to renew your plan via support request.
In the meantime, you can always use the Basic Pigeonholes in your Personal Workspace or purchase one time Pigeonholes to use for your meeting.
3. Why am I receiving the error message that the meeting host has not added the app?
Only meeting owners are able to add the Pigeonhole Live app to meetings. If the Pigeonhole Live app has not been added by a meeting owner, then as a meeting participant you will not be able to add the app or use it.
4. What happens when the meeting owner leaves the meeting and a new meeting host is assigned?
The new meeting host needs to refresh the app for the Admin View to load in their meeting window. If the meeting owner rejoins the meeting and the meeting host role gets reassigned to the meeting owner, the previous meeting host will need to refresh the app again to view the Attendee view.
