With an audience-paced Quiz, each participant completes the entire Quiz in their own time. The Audience Web App is not synced to the Projector Panel on the presenter's screen.
The Admin or Presenter can reveal the correct answer to a question at any time during a Session, regardless of participant progress. Participants only learn their scores after the Admin or Presenter reveals the correct answers. The Leaderboard feature is not supported for quizzes on Audience pace.
You might want to use Audience pace for pre-event quizzes. Using a pre-event Quiz enables the organizer or presenter to review the responses ahead of time. This is invaluable for identifying knowledge gaps or common misconceptions that need to be addressed in the main presentation. This approach helps tailor the content for maximum impact.
Quiz flow
Unlike a timed Quiz, participants can complete an audience-paced Quiz at any time while the Quiz is live. This typically occurs before an event takes place. During the event, the Admin or Presenter reveals the answers and shares the results.

Participants enter the Audience Web App and select Begin to start the Quiz.
- The first question displays. The participant may choose an answer and select Next to advance to the next question.

When the participant completes the Quiz, a summary displays. Their score isn’t shown until the Admin or Presenter reveals the correct answers.
- During the event, the Admin selects Reveal Answer or the Presenter selects the forward arrow (>) to advance to the next question. They are prompted to reveal the correct answer first. They must reveal the correct answer before proceeding.

When all answers have been revealed, the results display on the Projector Panel and Admin Panel. Participants see their individual scores and the correct answers in the Audience Web App. For details, see Scoring and results.
Results on the Admin Panel and Projector Panel
The Admin Panel and Projector Panel show the overall results when all the participants have completed the Quiz. The overall results include total participants, average score, highest score, and number of participants with the highest score.
