The Presentation Insights page provides analytics for all your presentations. You can track audience engagement in real time or review the data afterward to measure participation and understand your audience.
- Key Data Points: Track participant count, responses submitted, Q&A Answer Ratings, and participant demographic information.
- Real-Time Updates: Responses are saved upon submission and available on the Presentation Insights page.
- Post-Presentation Reports: If you’re on a paid plan, you can export the full data when your Presentation Pigeonhole is complete.
The Presentation Insights page
The overview at the top of the page summarizes the user activity for your Presentation Pigeonhole. It shows the following information:
- Participants: The total number of participants. This number is based on new user logins to the Audience Web App. If a user enters an Interactivity from multiple devices, each device increases the Participant count by one. Multiple entries from the same device count as one Participant.
- Reactions: The total number of emojis participants used across all interactivities.
- Q&A questions: The number of questions submitted by participants across all Q&A interactivities.
- Poll responses: The number of votes cast across all Poll Interactivities. This includes multiple votes within a Poll.
- Completed surveys: The number of completed Survey responses across all Survey interactivities. This number doesn’t include partially-complete responses.
Q&A
If you added a Q&A Interactivity to the Presentation Pigeonhole, this section displays the relevant statistics.
- Participants: The number of unique users who entered the Q&A.
- Questions: The number of questions submitted.
- Votes: The number of votes on questions.
To view a detailed breakdown of the questions submitted, click on the name of the Q&A Interactivity.
In addition to the information described above, the Insights page for a specific Q&A Interactivity shows:
- Interactions: The total number of interactions for the Q&A. These interactions include submitting questions, voting on questions, answering questions, and reactions.
- Answered questions: The number of questions that were answered.
- Reactions: The total number of emojis participants used across all questions in the Q&A. Statistics for each specific emoji are also shown.

Polls
If you added any polls to the Presentation Pigeonhole, this section displays the relevant overview statistics. The numbers reflect all use across all polls in the Pigeonhole.
- Participants: The total number of unique users who entered polls in the Audience Web App.
- Votes: The total number of votes cast across all polls. This includes multiple votes within a Poll.
- Answers: The total number of answers submitted across all polls.
To view a detailed breakdown for an individual Poll, click on the name of the Poll. The available statistics vary by Poll type.

Export Insights data
Pigeonholes on Pro, Business, Engage, Captivate, and Enterprise plans show Insights and support downloading PDF and Excel reports. Basic Plan Pigeonholes show Insights but do not have export capabilities.
To download a zip file of PDF and Excel reports for all interactivities in your Presentation Pigeonhole, select Export all responses. You can also download the responses for a specific Interactivity by clicking on the Export as PDF or Export as Excel button for the Interactivity.

Delete Insights data for an Interactivity
Users on paid plans can permanently delete all responses for an Interactivity. For example, you might do this to clear your own responses after you complete testing.
You perform this step from within the Presentation Pigeonhole. Hover over the card for the Interactivity you want to clear and select the "More options" menu > Clear responses. This action permanently removes all user responses associated with that Interactivity.
