Using the Admin Panel on a tablet and mobile gives you the same functionality as on a desktop. However, there are slight differences on the interface.
Tablet view
Enable/Disable Filtering
To enable or disable Filtering, click on the Controls icon at the top right.
This brings you to the Session Settings where you can enable or disable filtering for questions and comments.
Click on the slide bar to enable Question Filtering or Comment Filtering.
View questions and comments
By default, the Admin Panel shows the Questions Allowed. To toggle between the categories, click on the top left dropdown.
Questions Pending | Questions that are awaiting your approval to allow, edit, or dismiss. |
Questions Allowed | Questions that have been allowed. |
Questions Dismissed | Questions that have been dismissed. They are not visible to your audience at all. |
Comments Pending | Comments that are awaiting your approval to allow, edit, or dismiss. |
Comments Allowed | Comments that have been allowed. |
Comments Dismissed | Comments that have been dismissed. They are not visible to your audience at all. |
Mobile view
The Admin Panel looks slightly different on the mobile view. To toggle between categories, you can click on the drop down list.
Once you click on the drop list, you can toggle between Questions, Comments or Archived.
After choosing a category, you can toggle between Pending, Allowed, and Dismissed questions.
Click on the ellipsis icon to access the search and sorting options.
