Set Up Two-Factor Authentication

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is a key way to protect your account. This feature adds a quick second step to your login. After entering your username and password, you’re asked to verify identity using an email code or authenticator app. This flow ensures that only you can access your account, even if someone else learns your password. We highly recommend enabling 2FA for this added peace of mind.

Follow these steps to turn on 2FA:

  1. In your workspace, select your user profile icon > Account Settings
    The Account page opens.
  2. Select Security from the sidebar.
    The Security page opens.
  3. Select Enable for the 2FA methods you want to use. The options are:
    • Email verification: A six-digit code is sent to your verified email address each time you log in.
    • Authenticator app verification: You enter a login code from an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator or Authy. To enable this method, you must enable Email verification first.
  4. If you haven’t verified the email address you use for Pigeonhole Live yet, you’re prompted to do that now. This step ensures you can reset your password if you forget it. Enter the code sent to your email.

With your 2FA methods enabled, logging into Pigeonhole Live is now extra secure. After entering your username and password, you’re prompted to authenticate using one of your 2FA methods. This security flow is active across all your login prompts, such as your Dashboard, Meeting Apps, and Presentation Apps.
