The Pigeonhole Live platform comprises five separate interfaces – the Audience Web App, the Projector Panel, the Admin Panel, the Moderator Panel and Kiosk – each designed to meet a specific need at events and meetings. You may choose to use all or any combination of the interfaces to run Pigeonhole Live at your meetings and events.
Each of these panels run on your everyday mobile devices such as laptops, tablets, and smartphones. All you need is a stable internet connection and your mobile devices. No downloads or installations needed.

The Moderator Panel is optimised for use on a tablet, but you may also use a laptop. |
Note: A dedicated Internet connection is recommended for the devices powering the Projector Panel and Moderator Panel to ensure a stable connection throughout the session. This ensures that any disruption in WiFi connectivity will not affect the speed and response time. We recommend using a dedicated LAN line for Projector Panels if wifi connection at your event venue is not stable.
A graphic switcher is recommended for events that have multiple inputs and a single output, for frequent switching between videos, presentation slides and/or the Projector Panel. You may consider using a graphic switcher for a smoother transition between the various outputs.
