How to add Pigeonhole Live sessions to events hosted on Jublia Sense

1: Go to Agenda Builder Menu

• From home page of Sense > Deploy > Tool
• Click Agenda > Manage
• Alternatively, you can click the Manage button from the navigation bar and click Agenda Builder

2: Select the Session

• Click on Builder > Session, and select the agenda session you want to add Pigeonhole Live to.

3: Add the Pigeonhole code

• Scroll down to find the Q&A integration section.
• Paste the Pigeonhole Live embed code in the input box and click Save.

How to obtain the Pigeonhole Live embed code?

1: Access Attendee Settings

• In your Pigeonhole, navigate to More Settings and select the Attendees tab.

2: Enable profile creation

• Under the Profile Information section, enable the setting for Allow creating attendee profiles through embed and click Save.
• This allows attendees accessing through Jublia AI to automatically have profiles generated.

3: Enable registrant profiles through embed 

• Go to the Registration tab
• Enable the setting for Allow adding new Registrant Profiles through embed, and click Save.
• Ensure that all settings in Access Control Settings are disabled. 

Note: This option is only available on the Enterprise plan. If you are not on the Enterprise plan, you will need to manually upload the Registrants list to your Pigeonhole. 

How to obtain and customise the embed code

Use the embed code templates provided below and customise it by adding your own Event Passcode and Session ID to create a customised embed code to paste on your Sense dashboard.

Embed code for a single session

Use this format for speaker sessions featuring only one specific Q&A, Poll, or Chat. This format disables the back button, keeping attendees focused on the current session.

1: Copy the embed code

2: Insert your Event Passcode

• Replace EVENTPASSCODE in the code with the actual Event Passcode of your Pigeonhole 

3: Insert your Session ID

• Replace SESSIONID in the code with the specific Session ID for the session you want to direct your attendees to.

Embed code for multiple sessions

Use this format if your speaker session contains a combination of Q&A, Polls, and Chat, allowing attendees to switch between them via the agenda page.

How to create and customise attendee profile information fields on Pigeonhole Live? 

This integration is built to automatically send an attendee's Name, Position, and Company from Jublia to Pigeonhole. To enable this, you must create matching fields in Pigeonhole Live.

1: Access Attendee Settings

• In your Pigeonhole, navigate to More Settings and select the Attendees tab.

2: Add custom profile fields

• Click on + Add field to create the necessary profile fields (Name, Position, and Company).

3: Customise field requirements

• You can set the Position and Company fields as optional or required based on your preference. Note that the Name field is required by default. Click Save to apply your changes.
