- How to restrict new questions from attendees?

Click on the Controls icon.
The Accept New Questions toggle allows you to control whether or not to accept new incoming questions or responses from your attendees.
Note: This toggle is only applicable to Q&As, Open-ended Polls, and Word Clouds.
The toggle is switched on by default. When it is switched on, the text input box in the Audience Web App (AWA) is visible and your attendees can input texts (as shown below).
How to restrict new questions from attendees?
On the Admin Panel, enter the respective Q&A session.
If you want to restrict new questions from attendees in this Q&A session, under Session Settings, click on the toggle to switch off the "Accept new questions" setting.
By doing so, the text input box in the Audience Web App for the respective Q&A session will be removed and attendees will no longer be able to submit new questions.
How to restrict new responses in an Open-ended Poll or Word Cloud?
On the Admin Panel, enter the respective Open-ended Poll or Word Cloud session.
If you want to restrict new responses from attendees, click on the Controls icon.
In the Session settings, you can toggle to switch off the "Accept new responses" setting.
By doing so, the text input box in the Audience Web App for the respective Open-ended Poll or Word Cloud session will be removed and attendees will no longer be able to submit new responses.
You can switch the toggle on and off anytime to control incoming questions or responses.
