What to do if the Pigeonhole Live plan connected to your Microsoft Teams account has expired?

When you first install the Pigeonhole Live app to your Microsoft Teams channel, you will need to connect your Pigeonhole Live account and select a plan to create your Q&As in. If the selected plan has now expired and you aren’t able to create Q&As, you need to reconnect your Pigeonhole Live app with a new plan.

1. First, delete the Pigeonhole Live app from your Microsoft Teams channel.

2. Then, purchase a new plan on your Pigeonhole Live Workspace. You can select a plan that is most suited for your needs here

Note: If you are on an annual subscription plan, your plan should automatically renew at the end of its term and you will not need to reconnect your app. Learn more about our annual subscriptions

You can also reinstall the Pigeonhole Live app and connect it to your Personal Workspace to create Q&As with free Basic Pigeonholes.

3. Then, reinstall the Pigeonhole Live app in your channel and connect it with your new plan.
