What to do if the Pigeonhole Live plan connected to your Microsoft Teams account has expired?
When you first install the Pigeonhole Live app to your Microsoft Teams channel, you will need to connect your Pigeonhole Live account and select a plan to create your Q&As in. If the selected plan has now expired and you aren’t able to create Q&As, you need to reconnect your Pigeonhole Live app with a new plan.
1. First, delete the Pigeonhole Live app from your Microsoft Teams channel.
2. Then, purchase a new plan on your Pigeonhole Live Workspace. You can select a plan that is most suited for your needs here.
Note: If you are on an annual subscription plan, your plan should automatically renew at the end of its term and you will not need to reconnect your app. Learn more about our annual subscriptions.
You can also reinstall the Pigeonhole Live app and connect it to your Personal Workspace to create Q&As with free Basic Pigeonholes.
3. Then, reinstall the Pigeonhole Live app in your channel and connect it with your new plan.
How to delete the Pigeonhole Live app from your Microsoft Teams channel?
1. Go to the panel on the left-hand side of the page, and click on the ellipsis icon.
2. Select Manage team.
3. Go to the Apps tab and scroll to find Pigeonhole Live.
4. Click on the bin icon and select Uninstall.
This will delete the Pigeonhole Live app from your Microsoft Teams channel and your team members will not be able to access it until it is reinstalled.
How to reinstall the Pigeonhole Live app?
After you have deleted the current installation, you need to reinstall the Pigeonhole Live app. Follow the instructions found in this guide to reinstall the Pigeonhole Live app and connect to a new plan.
