Customising session labels and call-to-action buttons on the Audience Web App

How to customise session label and call-to-action buttons for interactive sessions?

When setting up individual sessions in your Pigeonhole, you can completely customise the default session label and the text on the call-to-action button for interactive sessions. Changing the session label and button text will apply to all upcoming, live, and ended interactive sessions.

1. On your event Pigeonhole, go to the interactive session you want to customise. 

2. Scroll to the Advanced Customisation section at the bottom.

3. Under this section, you will see the default text for session label and the call-to-action button for that session. These texts will be reflected on the Agenda in the Audience Web App. 

4. Simply click on the text box and edit the session label and button text respectively. Session labels and button text have a limit of 36 characters. You will see a live preview of the changes on the right.

5. Once you're satisfied with the changes, click Add X to save the changes made to the Q&A, Poll or Survey session. 

How to customise call-to-action buttons for Regular sessions?

For Regular sessions, you can add clickable links to the call-to-action buttons and customise the button text. Adding clickable links and changing button text will apply to all upcoming, live, and ended Regular sessions. Do note that this customisation is not supported for Regular sessions that are nested and Break sessions.

1. On your event Pigeonhole, go to the Regular session you want to customise. 

2. Scroll to the Advanced Customisation section at the bottom. Under this section, you will see the text box for button link and button text respectively. 

3. Simply click on the text box to fill in a URL for the button link and edit the button text respectively. Button texts have a limit of 36 characters. You will see a live preview of the changes on the right.

4. Once you're satisfied with the changes, click Save Regular to save changes.
