Purchasing an Annual Events Subscription

Annual Event Subscriptions are cost-effective options if you use Pigeonhole Live for multiple events in a year. Annual Event Subscriptions also come with a complimentary Team Workspace where you can collaborate seamlessly with your teammates to set up and manage your events.

How to purchase annual subscription from your Workspace? 

1. In your Personal Workspace, select Get annual subscription.  


2. Scroll down and select "Annual" under "Events Solutions."


3. Select subscription type.


4. Each Annual Event Subscription comes with a Team Workspace and two complimentary users for Annual Engage and three complimentary users for Annual Captivate.

If you need more users to collaborate with, at the bottom of the page, you can add more users at USD 360 per additional user for an Annual Engage Subscription and USD 600 per additional user for an Annual Captivate Subscription.


5. If you have a Promo Code, click on the arrow to show your order summary and select "Add promo code?" and Apply to apply your code.


Review your order and once you’re satisfied with your selection, click on Next.


7.  Fill in your billing details accordingly, review, and click Pay.



Note: You can return to the previous step to make changes by simply clicking on the progress bar at the top of the page. 

7. Fill in your credit card information and click Pay


When purchasing an annual subscription it is compulsory to check the box to save your credit card information. You can always cancel your subscription later in the Plan and billing page and remove your credit card.

8. You will be redirected to your bank’s authentication page to complete the payment. Once the payment is successful, you will be automatically redirected to a new Team Workspace.
