Pigeonhole Live offers both monthly and annual subscription plans.
Annual subscriptions are a cost-effective option for users that host multiple events, meetings, or presentations throughout the year.
Monthly subscriptions are ideal for one-off events or occasional presentations, providing flexibility without a long-term commitment.
How to purchase a new subscription
1. In a Starter workspace, select Upgrade plan.
2. Select your subscription plan and frequency.
3. You can also choose these add-ons for your plan:
- Additional participants: If you expect a larger audience, you can increase the participant limit to match your expected attendance.
- Workspace members: You can add additional team members to your workspace, up to a maximum of 25 users in a workspace. If you require more than 25 users, contact us to explore an Enterprise plan.
- AI Translation: This Q&A add-on is recommended for multilingual engagements, enabling participants to view content in their preferred language and improving accessibility and understanding.
5. If you have a Promo Code, in the Purchase Detail page, enter your Promo Code and click Apply to apply your code.
6. Fill in your billing information accordingly, review, and click Go to Payment.
Note: You can return to the previous step to make changes by simply clicking on the progress bar on the top right of the page.
7. Fill in your credit card information and click Pay.

8. You will be redirected to your bank’s authentication page to complete the payment. Once the payment is successful, you will be automatically redirected to your new upgraded Workspace.
