Adding your Pigeonhole Live event and sessions on Brella

Brella is a smart event networking platform for meetings & events. It uses a smart matchmaking algorithm to match attendees based on mutual interests and offers an intuitive meeting booking system to help attendees connect at your event.

There are two ways to direct your attendees to Pigeonhole Live from Brella: 

  1. You can add Pigeonhole Live as a Custom Page. This option is ideal if you want to direct attendees to Pigeonhole Live for several sessions in your event. 
  2. You can add Pigeonhole Live as a Content Slot in your Schedule. This option is ideal if you want to direct attendees to Pigeonhole Live for specific sessions. 

 

Adding Pigeonhole Live as a Custom Page

1. Sign in to Brella’s Event Manager and select your event in the My events tab.

2. Select Custom Pages from the sidebar.

3. Then, select Create new page at the top right-hand corner of the page.

4. Fill in the details on how you will be using Pigeonhole Live. Learn how to get the Pigeonhole URL here

5. Finally, select Save and create new custom page. Your custom page can be viewed by your attendees under the “More” tab.

Adding Pigeonhole Live in the Schedule

1. Sign in to Brella’s Event Manager and select your event in the My events tab.

2. Select Schedule from the sidebar and select + Add a new slot from the top right-hand corner of the page.

3. Select Content Slot and fill in your session details. Under Content, add your Pigeonhole Live session URL. Learn how to obtain your session URL here

4. Finally, select Save and update slot. The Content Slot can be viewed by your attendees under the “Schedule” tab.
