With IP Address Whitelist, you can restrict access to Pigeonhole Live Audience Web App and Panels to authorised networks by IP range.

To enable this security feature, you will need to contact your account representative to activate the feature in your Enterprise subscription. Once activated, the Team Owner and Team Lead will be able to configure the IP ranges:

Go to Workspace > Workspace Settings > Security > IP Address Whitelist.

Note: Only the Team Owner and Team Lead can specify/edit the IP range.

Once the IP Address Whitelist is configured, any team member can selectively enable it for each Pigeonhole independently.

Your audience will only be able to access the Audience Web App when connected to the allowed networks. An error message will be returned if an attendee attempts to connect to the Audience Web App when not connected to an authorised network.

Note: The IP Whitelist feature supports Virtual Private Networks (VPN).

Note: If this is applied after attendees have already entered the Audience Web App, unauthorised attendees will be logged out of the respective Pigeonhole on the Audience Web App.
