How to delete your Pigeonhole Live account?
1. On your Workspace, click on the drop-down menu at the top right-hand corner of the page and select Account Settings.
2. Select Advanced Settings on the sidebar.
3. Select Close account.
You can also click here to delete your account.
Note: If you are a member of a Team Account, follow the instructions below to delete your Pigeonhole Live account.
How to delete your Pigeonhole Live account? (part of a Team Account)
For Team Members:
1. Contact the Team Owner of all the Team Accounts that you are a part of and ask to be removed from the respective teams.
2. Once you have been removed as a Team Member from all your Team Accounts you will be able to delete your account with the following steps:
1. On your Workspace, click on the drop-down menu at the top right-hand corner of the page and select Account Settings.
2. Select Advanced Settings on the sidebar.
3. Select Close account.
For Team Owners:
If you are a Team Owner, contact your account representative and inform them of your request to delete your Pigeonhole Live account. Your account representative will guide you through the next steps.
What happens when you delete your account?

Your account, all your Pigeonholes, and associated data will be removed from our database within 30 days. As such, please back up and download all important data before deleting your account.

Due to legal requirements, we will retain transactional records such as payments and orders.
Note: Deleting your account is irreversible.
