Once you create the first session, you can save time by duplicating that session, then make the necessary changes. This will work for any type of sessions you have created, including any nested sessions.
To duplicate a Session
Go to the Agenda page:
1. Scroll to the session you wish to duplicate.
2. Beside that session's "Edit" button, click on the button with the icon arrow pointing down, then select "Duplicate" in the dropdown menu.
3. Once you click that option, you'll be brought to the Add Session page, with all the details of that session filled in. Customise the settings here, then click Add when you're done.
