This article covers:
  • What happens on the Audience Web App once an interactive session has ended?
  • What happens on the Projector, Moderator and Admin Panel once an interactive session has ended?
  • What happens on the Kiosk once an interactive session has ended?

Once an interactive session such as Q&A, Poll or Survey has ended, certain actions will be limited on each Pigeonhole Live interface.

What happens on the Audience Web App once an interactive session has ended?

Attendees will not be able to submit new responses on the Audience Web App. For Q&A and Poll session types, attendees will still be able to enter the session and view the content within if the option to view content once the session has ended is enabled during setup. If this option is not enabled, attendees will not be able to enter the session. Attendees who are on the session page when the session ends will be brought back to the Agenda page.

What happens on the Projector, Moderator and Admin Panel once an interactive session has ended?

Organisers and moderators will not receive any new responses. However, you will still be able to perform all the regular actions on the respective interfaces with the existing pool of responses. For example, you will be able to make a question Active on the Projector Panel and control it using the Moderator and Admin Panel. Similarly, you can also show the poll results on the Projector Panel in any of the supported chart types.

What happens on the Kiosk once an interactive session has ended?

You will not be able to collect new responses for interactive sessions that have ended.
