What Are Pigeonhole Insights?
Pigeonhole Insights display the engagement levels in your Pigeonhole. This feature lets you see all the responses from event participants and download them as PDF or Excel reports. It allows you to track how your audience responds, ultimately enhancing overall engagement and satisfaction.
Insights on the Starter Plan
Pigeonholes created with the Starter Pigeonhole Plan will only have a limited Insights feature. They will only display session Insights on the dashboard, as well as show attendee responses but not have PDF or Excel export. Session Insights allow you to see the total number of participants that engaged on Pigeonhole Live, as well as user response counts such as the total number of questions, answers, votes and comments.
Insights on higher Plans
On the other hand, Overview Insights and Engagement Insights in PDF and Excel formats are available for Presenter, Standard and Enterprise Pigeonhole Plans.
Starter Pigeonholes can still gain access to Engagement Insights by upgrading to our Presenter Plan and above, starting from USD156/year. This can be purchased anytime before, during and even after the Pigeonhole has ended.
