Create templates of Q&A, poll and survey sessions, as well as speaker profiles that your team frequently uses. This will help teams save valuable time when setting up new Pigeonholes.
Team accounts will have a new Templates link at the top of your Team Workspace. Go there anytime to manage your team templates.
All team members/lead/owner can create, edit and delete templates.
Creating new templates
You can create templates directly, or from existing sessions and speaker profiles within team Pigeonholes.
When you choose to create new templates from existing sessions or speaker profiles, you will be presented with a list of sessions or speaker profiles. Once selected, a template will be created based on that session or speaker profile.
Add new sessions using templates
You can use templates when adding new sessions. "Add session" buttons now have a drop-down menu where you can select "Add from template". From there, select the template and confirm the session details. Templates do not store any date and time so you'll have to add that in.
Add new speakers using templates
You can use templates when adding new speakers. Do this on the Pigeonhole > Agenda > Speakers page. The "Add speaker" button is now a drop-down menu where you can select "Add from template". The window that appears will allow you to add one or more speakers from template.
Once you've added speakers, you'll be able to use them when adding sessions.
